Annual Conference Council
Membership: Eighteen (18) lay and Eighteen (18) clergy at-large members.
Mission & Service Ministry Team
Membership: Fifteen (15) clergy and fifteen (15) lay members.
Board of Church & Society
The conference board of church and society or equivalent structure shall be composed of those persons as determined by the annual conference.
Local Church Development Team
Membership: Seven (7) persons—three (3) clergy, three (3) lay, and one (1) young adult (ages 18-35).
Board of Higher Education & Campus Ministry
The number of members shall be determined by the annual conference, including representation from appropriate constituencies.

Board of Pensions & Health Benefits
It is recommended that the board be composed of not less than twelve members not indebted to pension and benefit funds, plans, and programs; one-third laywomen, one-third laymen, and one-third clergy; and in accordance with ¶ 605.3 elected for a term of eight years and arranged in classes as determined by the annual conference.
Commission On Equitable Compensation
It shall be composed of an equal number of lay and clergy-persons, including at least one layperson and one clergy-person from churches of fewer than two hundred members.
Episcopacy Committee
The committee’s membership shall number at least seven, but no more than seventeen. One-fifth of the committee’s membership shall be appointed by the bishop. In addition to the lay and clergy members of the jurisdictional committee on episcopacy, who shall be ex officio members with vote, it is recommended that the committee consist of the following: one-third laywomen, one-third laymen, and one-third clergypersons, provided that one layperson shall be the conference lay leader.

The basic membership of the conference commission shall be nominated and elected by established procedures of the annual conferences. All must be members of The United Methodist Church. Special consultants without vote may be used as resource persons.

ethnic local church concerns ministry team
Membership: The Conference Committee on Nominations shall nominate and the Annual Conference shall elect six (6) at-large members to fulfill the Disciplinary recommendation that the majority of membership be representative of ethnic people, reflecting the racial and ethnic constituencies and local churches of the annual conference, with care taken to ensure balance between clergy and laity, men and women and youth and young adults.

The following membership of the board is recommended: the conference lay leader, associate conference lay leaders, the conference director of Lay Speaking Ministries, the conference scouting coordinator, and the presidents and two representatives elected by each of the conference organizations of United Methodist Men, United Methodist Women, United Methodist Young Adults, and the conference council on youth ministries; and in addition, the district lay leaders, two laymen, two laywomen, and two youth elected by the annual conference upon nomination of the conference nominating committee, a district superintendent designated by the cabinet, the director of the conference council on ministries, and the presiding bishop. Special attention shall be given to the inclusion of people with disabilities and racial and ethnic persons. All members shall be professing members of local churches.

The number of members of the commission and their terms of office shall be as the conference may determine and may include an ex officio representative of each United Methodist heritage landmark in its bounds.

The Conference Clergy Housing Committee shall be a subcommittee of the Commission on Equitable Compensation. This subcommittee will be made up of at least two (2) members from each District Board on Church Location and Building (one clergy and one laity), the president of the Clergy Spouse Fellowship, the chairperson of the Commission on Equitable Compensation, the chairperson of the Covenant Family Committee of the Board of Ordained Ministry (or equivalent), and a Cabinet representative.

Members shall be nominated by the presiding bishop after consultation with the chairperson of the board, the executive committee, or a committee elected by the board of the previous quadrennium, and with the cabinet. May serve 3 consecutive 4 year terms.

Membership: The Conference Committee on Nominations shall nominate and the Annual Conference shall elect eight (8) people, and the District Superintendents shall name eight (8) district communication coordinators.

Membership: The Annual Conference Committee on Nominations shall nominate and the Annual Conference shall elect seven (7) persons – three (3) clergy, three (3) lay, and one (1) racial ethnic representative.

The number of directors that will constitute the entire Board of Directors shall not be more than 23, as determined by the directors.

It is recommended that it be composed of not less than five or more than twenty-one members; it is recommended that there be at least one layperson more than clergy included on the voting membership of the council.
